The Conference offers an excellent opportunity for faculty, postdocs and students to present their cutting-edge research in condensed matter physics, materials science and related fields. If you would like to present your work, please fill out the form below and submit an abstract. The Best Poster Prize will be announced at the end of the Conference.
1. Submit Abstract
Submit an English abstract by May 18, 2018. The abstract is limited to one page A4. Please follow the template provided (or a similar format) and submit it as a pdf file.
2. Review by Committee
The review committee will review each abstract and notify you with the review decision via email by May 23, 2018. Applicants whose abstract are accepted will be invited to present their research as a poster during the Poster Session. Please print out your poster and bring it to the Conference on the presentation day.
3. Registration
Please note that this is separate to the Conference Registration where the registration fees will need to be paid for acceptance. Please go to the Conference Registration Page to complete the process
