The conference has places for a limited number of contributed talks and poster presentations. If you would like to present your work, please fill out the form below and submit an abstract.
Note that this is separate to the registration where the conference fees will need to be paid for acceptance.
1. Submit Abstract
Submit an English abstract. The abstract is limited to one page A4. Please follow the template provided (or a similar format) and submit it as a pdf file. Please specify whether you would prefer a talk or poster.
2. Review by Committee
The review committee will review each abstract and notify you with the review decision via email by March 31, 2016. Applicants whose abstract are accepted will be invited to present their research as a talk or poster during the conference.
3. Registration
Once you have received your notification of your submission, please finalize the process by registering for the conference. At this point you will require full payment of the conference fees.

3. 会议注册
请在摘要被采用后注册会议并缴纳注册费用。只有完成会议注册并缴纳注册费用，您的申请流程才全部结束。
